2006-10-07 に、LotR 三作の Collector's DVD Gift Set 北米盤の購入について書いたが、先ほど何気なく amazon.com を覗くと、販売が used & new からだけになっていた。遂に製造販売が終了したのだろうか・・・半年前に買っておいてよかった。DVD　Fantasium　サイトを覗いてみると、こちらは、まだ3作とも注文できるようだが、TTT Collector's DVD Gift Set と RotK Collector's DVD Gift Set は「廃盤決定在庫僅か」となっていた。他にも、まだ在庫のある、DVDショップがあるかもしれないし、新品で入手したいと思っている人は、急いで買えるところを探した方がいいかも。
